Reports

The home inspection report is an unbiased evaluation of the visible structure and systems of the home. Simply put, it is an examination of the current physical condition of the property. Your home inspection report will describe materials and their condition, expected service life, and structural integrity. The home inspection report will also address potentially hazardous conditions and deferred maintenance.

Your home inspection report will be delivered within 24 hours of the completion of the inspection, with a personal consultation at the time of the inspection. The home inspection report will include photos taken during the inspection. These reports will typically be delivered through e-mail in a PDF format. Printed reports can be made available and delivered through courier upon request (extra fees apply).
