Attention to Detail. We only perform 1 to 2 home inspections a day (based on house size), spending 3-4 hours on site for a typical home inspection (older homes and large homes usually take longer). This allows plenty of time to do a thorough home inspection.
Business Philosophy. We try to keep it simple. Each home inspection is performed as if our family were buying the property.
Client Education. We prefer our clients attend the home inspection when possible. If you have never owned a home, or have never had a home inspection done, you will learn things about the home you wouldn't find out any other way. We will take the time to explain the systems and components of the home to you and answer any questions you may have during the home inspection.
Reports. We provide you with an easy-to-read and comprehensive report within 24 hrs of completing the home inspection. All inspection reports are narrative style with digital pictures that help you easily locate problem areas.
